This greeting card prints well from Internet Explorer 4.0 on an HP color inkjet printer. Other configurations should work okay also. Here are some tips:

Reduce the margins for your printer as close to zero as possible.

Remove any headers and footers from the page setup.

Use 8 and 1/2 by 11 inch paper.

Print in portrait mode.

Fold the top of the paper to the bottom with the images facing out. You should have a rectangle 5 and 1/2 by 8 and 1/2 inches in size. Fold the left side to the right side. The lake should appear on the outside. When you open the card, Biki appears on the left and the greeting on the right.
